This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your DOOGEE N50 smartphone. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and to maximize the device's capabilities.

1. Initial Setup

1.1 Package Contents

Before beginning, verify that all items are present in the package:

• DOOGEE N50 Smartphone
• USB Cable
• (Other accessories like charger, SIM ejector tool, protective case may be included depending on region and package variant.)

1.2 Inserting SIM Card(s) and MicroSD Card

The DOOGEE N50 supports dual 4G SIM cards and a MicroSD card for expandable storage up to 1TB.

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
2. Insert the SIM ejector tool (if provided) into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
3. Carefully pull out the tray.
4. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards and the cards are correctly oriented.
5. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

1.3 Initial Charge

It is recommended to fully charge your DOOGEE N50 before first use. The device is equipped with a 4200mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.

• Connect the USB cable to the phone's USB Type-C port.
• Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible 18W power adapter (not always included) and plug it into a power outlet.
• The charging indicator will appear on the screen. A full charge typically takes approximately one hour.

2. Basic Operation

2.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the DOOGEE logo appears.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears, then select "Power off".
• Restart: From the power options menu, select "Restart".

2.2 Screen Unlock and Navigation

The DOOGEE N50 runs on Android 13, offering an intuitive user experience. It supports fingerprint unlock and Face ID for secure and quick access.

• Fingerprint Unlock: Register your fingerprint(s) in the Security settings. Place your registered finger on the side-mounted fingerprint sensor to unlock the device.
• Face ID: Set up Face ID in the Security settings. Lift the phone to your face to unlock.
• Pattern/PIN/Password: These traditional methods are also available for screen lock.

Navigation is primarily gesture-based or via on-screen navigation buttons, configurable in settings.

2.3 Making Calls and Sending Messages

• Calls: Open the "Phone" app, dial the number, and tap the call icon.
• Messages: Open the "Messages" app, tap the new message icon, enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, and type your message.

2.4 Display and Audio

The DOOGEE N50 features a 6.52-inch HD+ Waterdrop display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, providing vibrant visuals with 16.7 million colors. It also boasts a 90dB loud speaker for clear audio.

3. Camera Usage

The DOOGEE N50 is equipped with a 50MP AI primary camera and an 8MP selfie camera, allowing you to capture high-quality photos and videos.

• Opening the Camera: Tap the "Camera" app icon on your home screen or lock screen.
• Taking Photos: Frame your shot and tap the shutter button.
• Switching Modes: Swipe left or right on the camera interface to switch between photo, video, portrait, and other modes.
• Front/Rear Camera: Tap the camera switch icon to toggle between the 50MP rear camera and the 8MP front camera.

4. Battery and Charging

The DOOGEE N50 features a 4200mAh battery designed for extended use. With 18W fast charging, you can quickly replenish the battery.

• Battery Life: A fully charged battery can provide 1-2 days of normal use, up to 10 days of standby, and 16 hours of calling.
• Charging: Use the provided USB cable and a compatible 18W charger. Avoid using non-certified chargers to prevent damage.
• Battery Optimization: To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, and enable battery saver mode when needed.

5. Connectivity

5.1 Mobile Network

The DOOGEE N50 supports Dual 4G networks. Please note that this phone is not compatible with Verizon or AT&T. It is compatible with T-Mobile and other GSM carriers.

• Ensure your SIM card is active and correctly inserted.
• Check network settings in the "Settings" app under "Network & internet" > "Mobile network".

5.2 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Connect to Wi-Fi networks for internet access and Bluetooth devices for wireless connectivity.

• Wi-Fi: Go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "Wi-Fi", turn it on, and select your desired network.
