Beam Adjustment
Your WEELMOTO headlights are pre-adjusted at the factory for optimal performance. Manual adjustment is generally not required. However, if you observe an unsatisfactory light pattern, you can adjust the beam angle using the integrated regulators.
How to Adjust Your Headlights:
- Prepare for Adjustment: Park your vehicle on a level surface approximately 25 feet (7.6 meters) in front of a flat wall.
- Mark Reference Points: Mark the center points of each headlight on the wall with tape.
- Isolate Headlights: Block one headlight to focus on adjusting the other.
- Adjust Beam: Locate the adjustment screws on top of each bulb. Use a suitable tool to turn these screws as needed. The light pattern should be below the horizontal line and the brightest spots should be centered on the 'X' marks you made.
- Repeat for Other Headlight: Repeat the process for the other headlight.
Note: Do not over-adjust (more than three times clockwise/counter-clockwise) to avoid damage to the adjusters.

4. Maintenance
WEELMOTO headlights are constructed with high-durability materials designed for a long lifespan and resistance to various environmental factors.
Durability Features:
- Anti-Heat: Designed to withstand high temperatures.
- Anti-UV Aging: UV coating prevents yellowing and hazing over time.
- Anti-Freezing: Engineered to perform in cold conditions.
- Waterproof: IP65 certified for resistance against water and dust ingress.

5. Troubleshooting
Temporary Condensation / Fogging
It is normal for headlight lenses to experience temporary misting or fogging due to differences in temperature, air pressure, or other weather conditions. This is typically not a defect.
To Address Temporary Condensation:
- Check Vents: Ensure the two-way vents in the headlight housing are clear and not blocked.
- Activate Low Beams: Turn on your vehicle's low beams for approximately 20 minutes. The heat generated by the bulbs can help dissipate moisture.
- Manual Clearing (if persistent): If fogging persists, carefully remove the bulbs and clear any visible mist from the inside of the lens.
- Desiccant Use: Place a silica gel packet inside the housing (if space allows and it does not interfere with bulb function) to absorb moisture.
Installation Issues
- Pre-Installation Inspection: Before beginning installation, thoroughly inspect both headlight assemblies for any manufacturing defects, such as undrilled holes for lock pins or loose internal components. Address any issues with customer support before proceeding.
- Fitment: Ensure all mounting points align correctly. Do not force the assembly into place.
Safety Reminder: LED Bulbs
It is generally not recommended to directly replace standard halogen bulbs with LED bulbs in headlight assemblies designed for halogen. This can lead to improper light patterns, reduced visibility, and may not comply with safety standards.
