Product Overview
The AsperX AX60 is a cordless, portable air compressor designed for inflating various items such as car tires, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, and sports balls. It features a digital display, automatic shut-off, and multiple inflation modes.
Key Features:
- Cordless Operation: Built-in battery for portability.
- Fast Inflation: Up to 150 PSI maximum pressure with 32L/Min airflow.
- Accurate LCD Display: Shows real-time and preset pressure values.
- Auto Shut-Off: Automatically stops inflation once the preset pressure is reached.
- 4+N Smart Modes: Preset modes for Car, Motorcycle, Bike, Ball, and a Manual mode (3-150 PSI).
- Multi-functional LED Light: Features Bright, SOS, and Strobe modes for emergencies.

The inflator is designed for quick and efficient inflation, capable of inflating a standard car tire (30-36 PSI) in approximately one minute.

The large LCD screen provides clear visibility of pressure readings and settings, enhancing user control and safety with its automatic shut-off function.

The device offers specialized modes for different items, simplifying the inflation process by providing recommended pressure ranges.

The built-in LED light serves as a practical tool for nighttime use, roadside emergencies, or general illumination.
Setup
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the AsperX AX60 using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the USB cable to the inflator's charging port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging status.
- Attach Air Hose: Screw the air hose securely onto the inflator's air outlet port.
- Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle for the item you intend to inflate and attach it to the free end of the air hose.
Operating Instructions

- Press and hold the Power button again for 2-3 seconds to turn the inflator OFF.
2. Select Pressure Unit
- With the device ON, long press the Mode button to cycle through available pressure units: PSI, KPA, BAR, KG/CM². Release the button when your desired unit is displayed.
3. Select Inflation Mode
- Short press the Mode button to switch between the preset modes: Car, Motorcycle, Bike, Ball, and Manual mode.
- Each mode has a default pressure range. For example, Car mode typically ranges from 30-42 PSI.
4. Set Target Pressure
- After selecting a mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure.
- In Manual mode, you can set any pressure between 3-150 PSI.
- Refer to the item's manufacturer recommendations for correct pressure values.
5. Start Inflation
- Connect the air hose with the appropriate nozzle to the item's valve stem. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leakage.
- Press the Start/Stop button to begin inflation. The real-time pressure will be displayed on the screen.
- The inflator will automatically stop once the preset target pressure is reached.
- Carefully disconnect the air hose from the valve stem. A small amount of air may escape during disconnection, which is normal.
6. Using the LED Light
- Short press the Light button to cycle through the LED light modes: Bright, SOS (slow flash), Strobe (quick flash), and OFF.
- This feature can be used independently of the inflation function.
Charging the Device

- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the inflator.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (e.g., phone charger, car USB port, power bank).
- The battery icon on the display will animate to indicate charging. Once fully charged, the battery icon will show full bars and stop animating.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Inflator does not turn on. | Low battery or no charge. | Charge the device fully using the USB charging cable. |
| Inflator starts but no air comes out or inflation is slow. | Air hose not securely connected; Nozzle blocked; Incorrect mode selected; Target pressure already reached. | Ensure air hose and nozzle are tightly connected. Check for obstructions in the nozzle. Verify the selected mode and target pressure. |
| Inaccurate pressure reading. | Loose connection to valve stem; Device calibration (less common). | Ensure the nozzle is firmly attached to the valve stem. Compare reading with a known accurate gauge. Note: Some user reviews indicate a potential slight variance (e.g., 2 PSI high), adjust target pressure accordingly if consistent. |
| Device stops before reaching target pressure. | Low battery; Internal overheating protection. | Recharge the device. Allow the device to cool down if it has been running continuously for an extended period. |
| Battery does not hold charge. | Battery degradation over time; Faulty unit. | Ensure proper charging procedures are followed. If the issue persists, contact customer support for warranty assistance. |
