1. Introduction

The Morelax Mini Massage Gun is a portable percussion muscle massager designed to provide deep tissue massage for whole body back pain relief and muscle soreness. Its compact design and multiple speed settings make it suitable for various muscle groups and on-the-go use.

4. Setup

Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged. To attach a massage head:

1. Select the desired massage head from the 6 provided options.
2. Align the base of the massage head with the opening on the front of the massage gun.
3. Gently push the massage head firmly into the opening until it is securely seated. Do not twist or force.
4. To remove, gently pull the massage head straight out.

5. Operating Instructions

The Morelax Mini Massage Gun features 4 adjustable speed settings and a simple one-button operation.

Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment:

1. To power on the device, press and hold the power button located at the bottom of the handle for 2 seconds. The device will start at Level 1 (Warm-up).
2. To cycle through speed levels, short press the power button:
   • Level 1: 1800 RPM (Warm-up)
   • Level 2: 2400 RPM (Relax)
   • Level 3: 3000 RPM (Recover)
   • Level 4: 3800 RPM (Deep Massage)
3. To power off the device, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds from any speed level.
4. The device features a 15-minute smart auto-off function to prevent overuse and conserve battery.

Usage Guidelines:

• Always start at the lowest speed setting (Level 1) to assess your comfort level.
• Gently apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Do not apply excessive pressure.
• Move the massage gun slowly over the muscle, avoiding bones and joints.
• Use for a few minutes at a time per muscle group.
• The device is designed for use on soft tissue only.

6. Massage Heads and Their Uses

Your Morelax Mini Massage Gun comes with 6 different massage heads, each designed for specific muscle groups and massage types:

• Round Head: Ideal for large muscle groups like quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Provides a general full-body massage.
• Bullet Head: Designed for pinpoints and smaller muscle groups, such as feet and joints. Useful for targeting specific knots.
• Shovel Head: Suitable for shoulder blades, IT bands, and for scraping and flushing motions.
• U-shape Head: Best for the neck and smaller muscle groups, particularly around the spine (avoid direct contact with spine).
• Flat Head: Versatile for small and large muscle groups, offering a broader, more even pressure.
• Thumb Head: For impacting deep tissue like meridians, joints, palms, and soles. Mimics a thumb massage.

7. Charging

The Morelax Mini Massage Gun is equipped with a long-lasting battery and supports USB-C fast charging.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the device.
• Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a standard USB-C phone adapter or a 5V/2A adapter (not included).
• The battery indicator lights will show the charging status.
• A full charge provides up to 5 hours of use, depending on the speed setting.
• Charging time is approximately 2 hours for a full charge.

8. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your massage gun.

• Cleaning: Wipe the device and massage heads with a slightly damp cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The silicone material of the massage heads is detachable for cleaning.
• Storage: Store the massage gun and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
