Setup and First Use
- Unpack the appliance and all accessories. Remove any packaging materials and labels.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Wash the removable plates with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
- Insert the desired plates into the appliance. Ensure they click securely into place.
- For first use, it is recommended to preheat the appliance for 5-10 minutes without food to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure adequate ventilation during this process.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure the desired cooking plates are securely installed.
- Close the lid and plug the appliance into a 110V power outlet.
- Turn the temperature control knob from "0" to the desired setting. The red indicator light will illuminate, indicating the appliance is heating.
- Wait for the green indicator light to turn off, signifying that the appliance has reached the set temperature and is ready for cooking.
Temperature Control
The appliance features a 5-gear temperature control knob, allowing you to adjust the heat for different foods.
- Gears 1-2: Suitable for grilling fruits or vegetables.
- Gears 3-5: Ideal for grilling meat, waffles, and sandwiches.

Cooking with Different Plates
Waffles
- Insert the waffle plates.
- Preheat the appliance to a temperature between gear 3 and 5.
- Pour waffle batter onto the lower plate, filling the grids evenly. Do not overfill.
- Close the lid. Cook for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Use heat-resistant tongs or a spatula to remove cooked waffles.

Sandwiches
- Insert the sandwich plates.
- Preheat the appliance to a temperature between gear 3 and 5.

- Place the prepared sandwich onto the lower plate.

Grilling (Panini/Meat/Vegetables)
- Insert the grill plates.
- Preheat the appliance to the desired temperature (Gears 1-2 for vegetables, Gears 3-5 for meat).
- Place food items onto the lower grill plate.
- Close the lid. Cook until desired doneness is achieved, flipping if necessary for even grilling.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The non-stick coating on the removable plates ensures easy cleaning.
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- To remove plates: Press the release button, aim at the card slot, and align to remove.
- The removable plates are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior housing of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Troubleshooting
- Appliance not heating: Ensure the appliance is properly plugged into a working outlet and the temperature knob is turned to a setting other than "0". Check if the red indicator light is on.
