Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Rraycom T1 Indoor Home Security Camera. This 2K WiFi camera features AI motion detection, color night vision, two-way audio, and flexible storage options, designed for indoor monitoring of homes, babies, elders, or pets.
Setup Instructions
- Powering On: Plug the camera into a power outlet using the provided USB cable and power adapter. The camera will power on automatically.
- Download the App: Download the '24H Cam' app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Open the app and tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
- Select 'QR Code' for connection.
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. 5GHz networks are not supported.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password. Ensure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the password.
- A QR code will appear on your phone screen. Position the camera's lens 8-10 inches (20cm) from the QR code on your phone. Avoid glares on the phone screen.
- The camera will emit a voice prompt 'Device connected' once successfully paired.
- Name Your Device: Follow the app prompts to name your camera (e.g., 'Kitchen', 'Living Room') and set an exclusive password for it.

Operating Instructions
Live View and Two-Way Audio
Once connected, access the live feed through the '24H Cam' app. The camera supports two-way audio, allowing you to speak through your phone and hear responses from the camera's location. Tap the microphone icon in the app to activate this feature.

MicroSD Card Management
To ensure optimal recording, it is recommended to format the microSD card periodically through the app's storage management settings. The camera supports up to 128GB microSD cards.

Troubleshooting
- Connectivity Issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Verify the Wi-Fi password is correct and has no leading or trailing spaces. Try restarting the camera and your router.
- App Not Displaying Feed: Close and reopen the '24H Cam' app. If the issue persists, try resetting the camera by pressing the reset button (refer to the camera's physical layout for location) and re-pairing it with the app.
- Power Supply: If the camera is not powering on, ensure the power cable and adapter are securely connected and functioning correctly.
