Setup Guide
1. Charging the Camera
The ANRAN solar security camera is equipped with an embedded solar panel for continuous power. For initial setup, ensure the camera receives sufficient direct sunlight. Approximately 2 hours of direct sunlight daily is sufficient for continuous power. Once installed, the camera is designed for permanent, uninterrupted use.

2. App Download and Connection
To operate your ANRAN camera, download the official ANRAN or Cloudedge App from your smartphone's app store (iOS/Android). Follow the in-app instructions to connect your camera. Please note that the camera supports ONLY 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and does not support 5G Wi-Fi.

3. Mounting the Camera

Troubleshooting
- Wi-Fi Connection Issues: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. The camera does not support 5G Wi-Fi. Move the camera closer to the router if the signal is weak.
- Insufficient Solar Charging: If the camera's battery level is consistently low, verify that the solar panel receives at least 2 hours of direct sunlight daily. Obstructions like trees or buildings can reduce charging efficiency. Consider an external solar panel if your installation site lacks sufficient sunlight.
- SD Card Not Detected: Ensure the SD card is correctly inserted and is a Class 10 or higher. The camera supports a maximum of 128GB. If issues persist, try formatting the SD card through the app or using a different card.
- Motion Detection Sensitivity: Adjust the detection sensitivity settings in the app to optimize alerts and reduce false alarms from pets or swaying branches.
- No Auto Tracking: Please note that this camera model does not support auto tracking.
