Setup Guide
1. Download the Cloud Intelligence App
Search for "Cloud Intelligence" in your smartphone's app store (available on App Store and Google Play) and download it. Register or log in to your account.

2. Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Network
Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Amysen Smart Plug only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensure you select the 2.4GHz option during setup.
3. Add Device to App
- Plug the Amysen Smart Plug into a power outlet.
- Open the Cloud Intelligence App.
- Tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the smart plug. The indicator light on the plug will blink during pairing.

4. Integrate with Voice Assistants (Alexa/Google Home)
Once the smart plug is added to the Cloud Intelligence App, you can link it with your Amazon Alexa or Google Home Assistant for voice control.
- Open the Alexa or Google Home app.
- Go to the "Skills & Games" (Alexa) or "Works with Google" (Google Home) section.
- Search for "Cloud Intelligence" and enable the skill/service.
- Link your Cloud Intelligence account when prompted.
- Discover devices. Your smart plug should now appear and be controllable via voice commands.

Voice Control
Use simple voice commands with your linked Alexa or Google Home device. For example:

App Control

- Device not connecting/frequently disconnecting:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. 5GHz networks are not supported.

- Move the smart plug closer to your Wi-Fi router to improve signal strength.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router and the smart plug.
- Voice control not working:
- Verify that the Cloud Intelligence skill/service is enabled and linked in your Alexa or Google Home app.
- Ensure the device name in the Cloud Intelligence app matches the name you are using for voice commands.
- Try rediscovering devices in your Alexa or Google Home app.
- App shows device offline but light is on:
- This may indicate a temporary network interruption. The device often recovers automatically.
- Check your internet connection.
