Setup and Installation
The monitor arm offers two installation methods: C-clamp mount or grommet mount.
1. Choose Your Mounting Option
- C-Clamp Mount: Ideal for desks without pre-drilled holes. Attaches to the edge of desks with a thickness between 0.39 and 4.25 inches (1 - 10.8 cm).
- Grommet Mount: Suitable for desks with existing holes. Requires a hole diameter between 0.51 and 2.36 inches (1.29 - 6 cm).

Cable Management:
Utilize the included cable management clips to route and organize your monitor cables along the arms and pole. This helps maintain a tidy workspace and prevents cable damage.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the monitor arm with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Retighten as necessary.
- Lubrication: No lubrication is required for this product.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Monitor arm is unstable or wobbles.
- Solution: Ensure the desk clamp or grommet mount is securely tightened to the desk. Check that all connections on the arms and VESA plates are fastened properly. Verify that the monitor weight does not exceed the maximum capacity of 22 lbs (10 kg) per arm.
- Problem: Monitor does not stay in desired position (e.g., tilts down).
- Solution: The tension for tilt or swivel might need adjustment. Refer to the specific instructions in your hardware kit for adjusting tension screws on the VESA plate or arm joints. Use the provided tools to tighten these adjustments until the monitor holds its position.
- Problem: Difficulty in adjusting height.
- Solution: Loosen the height adjustment knob or lever on the central pole before attempting to move the arms. Ensure no cables are snagged, preventing movement. Retighten after adjustment.
