Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Placement: Place the coffee maker on a stable, flat surface. Ensure it is compatible with 110V-120V voltage.
- Initial Cleaning: Before brewing your first cup, fill the water reservoir with clean water and run a brew cycle without any coffee or K-pod. This cleanses the machine and prepares it for optimal flavor extraction.
- Water Reservoir: Ensure the 40 oz removable water tank is securely in place and filled with fresh water.

Operating Instructions
Brewing Hot Coffee (K-pod or Ground)
- Ensure the water reservoir is filled.
- Lift the lid and insert either a K-pod into the capsule holder or your desired amount of ground coffee/tea into the reusable basket filter. Close the lid securely.
- Place your mug on the drip tray. Adjust the drip tray if using a travel mug (up to 7.3 inches tall).
- Press the ON/OFF button to power on the machine.
- Select your desired cup size (6, 8, 10, 12, 18, or 24 oz) using the OZ button.
- For a stronger brew, press the BOLD button.
- Press the HOT BREW button to start brewing.
Brewing Iced Coffee
- Fill your mug with ice (recommended 6 oz of ice for a 6 oz brew).
- Insert a K-pod or ground coffee into the machine.
- Select a cup size between 6-16 oz using the OZ button.
- Press the OVER ICE button to start brewing.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- All accessories, including the capsule holder and reusable basket filter, are dishwasher safe.
- The removable drip tray minimizes splashing and simplifies cleanup of accidental spills.
Descaling
The descale indicator light will illuminate in red when cleaning is required due to mineral buildup.
- Prepare a descaling solution: Mix 0.7 oz (20g) of citric acid with 14-16 oz (414-473ml) of water.
- Pour the descaling solution into the water tank.
- Ensure the capsule holder or basket filter is empty.
- Initiate the cleaning procedure by pressing the OVER ICE button for 3 seconds.
- After the cleaning procedure is complete, fill the water tank with fresh water and brew with just water three times to rinse the system.
- If the descale light appears during first use, press the OVER ICE button for 3 seconds to reset it.

Troubleshooting
- Q1: Why are all indicators flashing rapidly for 3 seconds, and the coffee maker cannot work after pressing any button?
- A1: The water tank is empty, or the top cover does not close completely.
- Q2: What should I do when the descale light illuminates?
- A2: If the coffee maker is being used for the first time, press the OVER ICE button for 3 seconds to cancel the alert. If the coffee maker has been in use for a while, the alert is a reminder to descale the unit. It is recommended to pour 14 oz of descaling solution into the water tank, which can be mixed with 20g/0.7 oz of citric acid and 14 oz of water. Press the OVER ICE button for 3 seconds to initiate the descaling procedure. Regular descaling helps to prolong the service life of the single serving coffee maker.
- Q3: Why is no coffee or only a small amount of coffee dispensed?
- A3: Possible causes include: an empty water tank, excessive buildup of mineral deposits, a clogged ground coffee filter, use of an unsuitable capsule, a clogged needle, or a malfunctioning machine.
- Q4: Why is the iced and hot coffee maker stopping during the coffee-making process?
- A4: Either the amount of water in the reservoir is less than the selected cup size, or the top cover is open.
- Q5: Why does coffee overflow from the brew holder?
- A5: Possible causes include: too much coffee grounds in the basket filter, ground coffee too fine, clogged ground filter, expired or clumped capsule, upper/bottom of the capsule not pierced by the needle, unsuitability of the capsule.
