3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging the Microphone

Before first use, fully charge the wireless microphone(s). A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours and provides up to 8 hours of working time.

• Connect the charging cable to the microphone's USB-C port.
• Connect the other end of the charging cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included).
• The indicator light on the microphone will show charging status.

3.2 Connecting to Your Device (Plug & Play)

The NPTCL Wireless Lavalier Microphone features automatic pairing for quick setup.

1. Plug in the Receiver: Insert the 2-in-1 receiver into your smartphone or tablet's USB-C or Lightning port. Ensure it is fully seated. The receiver's indicator light will illuminate.
2. Power On the Microphone: Press the power button on the wireless microphone. The indicator light on the microphone will turn solid green, indicating it is powered on and ready to pair.
3. Automatic Connection: The microphone and receiver will automatically pair within seconds. A solid green light on both the microphone and receiver indicates a successful connection. No Bluetooth pairing or app installation is required.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wearing the Microphone

Clip the wireless lavalier microphone to your clothing, ideally near your mouth, for optimal sound capture. The omnidirectional pickup pattern ensures sound is captured from all directions.

4.2 Noise Reduction Modes

The microphone offers selectable noise reduction modes to adapt to different recording environments.

• Noise Reduction On: Press the power button once after turning on the microphone. The indicator light will be solid green. This mode is recommended for environments with significant background noise.
• Noise Reduction Off: Press the power button again to switch to this mode. The indicator light will flicker. This mode is suitable for quiet environments where natural ambient sound is desired.

4.3 Mute Function

To temporarily mute the microphone during recording:

• Mute On: Double-press the power button. The indicator light will turn red.
• Mute Off: Double-press the power button again to unmute. The indicator light will return to green (solid or flickering, depending on noise reduction setting).

4.4 Dual Microphone Use

If you have two microphones, both can be used simultaneously with a single receiver for recording two speakers. This is ideal for interviews or dual-person vlogs.

4.5 Recording Range
