Troubleshooting

Radio does not power on or has low voltage issues:

  • Ensure the radio is fully charged. Charge for more than 3 hours.
  • If the issue persists, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then release and press and hold again for 5 seconds.

Unable to connect to Wi-Fi:

  • Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The LC90 only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Check your router settings. Ensure the encryption protocol is set to WAP2/WAP3. The radio only supports WAP/WAP2.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and the radio.

Poor reception on traditional radio bands (FM/LW/MW/SW):

  • Extend the telescopic antenna fully for optimal reception.
  • Try repositioning the radio to a different location, away from electronic interference.
  • For SW, consider using an external antenna connected to the "EXT ANT" port for improved signal.

Voice search not working:

  • Ensure the radio has a stable internet connection.
  • Check for and install the latest firmware updates, as voice search functionality may be improved in newer versions.

Audio distortion or low volume:

  • Adjust the volume using the dedicated volume knob.
  • Ensure the audio source (e.g., internet stream, TF card file) is not corrupted or of low quality.
  • If using Bluetooth, ensure the volume on the connected device is also adjusted appropriately.
