3. Setup & Installation
The SCHOCK Signus sink is designed for built-in (top-mount) installation. Professional installation is recommended.
3.1. Pre-Installation Checks

- Ensure the countertop opening matches the specified cut-out dimensions.
- Confirm adequate space for plumbing connections beneath the sink.
3.2. Installation Steps
- Prepare the Countertop: Create a cut-out in the countertop according to the provided template or the standard cut-out dimensions (840 x 480 mm). Ensure edges are smooth and sealed if necessary.
- Apply Sealant: Apply a bead of silicone sealant around the edge of the sink opening on the countertop to create a watertight seal.

SCHOCK Cristadur® sinks come with a standard 5-year warranty. This warranty can be extended up to 15 years.
To qualify for the extended warranty, your CRISTADUR® sink must have been purchased and installed after April 1, 2022. You must register your product online on the official SCHOCK website within 6 months of the purchase date.
Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal household use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
