3. Setup

Initial Charging:

Before first use, fully charge the APLOS V20 flashlight. Connect the included USB-C cable to the Type-C port on the device and to a standard USB power source. The charging indicator will show red while charging and turn green when fully charged.

Attaching Accessories:

• Lanyard: Attach the lanyard to the designated loop for secure carrying.
• Camping Light Shades: The V20 includes two light shades (orange and white). Slide a shade over the main light head to diffuse the light, transforming it into a soft glow for camping or ambient lighting.

4. Operating Instructions

Main Light Operation:

The main light is controlled by the Main Light Switch (Power button).

• Turn On/Off: Press and hold the Main Light Switch for approximately 0.5 seconds.
• Cycle Brightness Modes: With the main light on, single-click the Main Light Switch to cycle through Economic, Low, Medium, and High modes. The flashlight has memory function and will turn on in the last used mode.
• Turbo Mode: Double-click the Main Light Switch from any state (on or off) to activate Turbo mode (1000 lumens). Double-click again to return to the previous mode.

Side Light (COB) Operation:

The side light is controlled by the Side Light Switch (Lightning bolt button).

• Turn On/Off: Press and hold the Side Light Switch for approximately 0.5 seconds.
• Cycle Color Modes: With the side light on, single-click the Side Light Switch to cycle through White, Purple, Green, Red, and Blue modes.
• Special Modes: Double-click the Side Light Switch from any state (on or off) to activate special modes. Single-click to cycle through Red Flash, Red & Blue Flash, Red High, and R&B Flash + Beeping (alarm). Press and hold to turn off.

180° Head Rotation:

The main light head can be rotated 180 degrees. This allows you to direct the light precisely where needed, especially useful when using the magnetic base or two-way clip for hands-free operation.

Magnetic Base:

The strong magnetic base allows the flashlight to be securely attached to metallic surfaces, providing hands-free illumination. This is ideal for tasks such as vehicle maintenance or working in dark spaces.

Two-Way Clip:

Battery Level Indicator:

The V20 features a battery level indicator to keep you informed about the remaining power:

• Green Light: Full power.
• Red Light: Battery below 3.2V.
• Flashing Red Light: Battery below 2.9V. The V20 will turn off when the voltage drops below 2.7V.

• Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Water Resistance: The V20 is IP67 rated, meaning it is protected from dust and can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Ensure the USB-C port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the flashlight when the battery indicator shows red. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months.
• Storage: Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
