6. Troubleshooting

This section provides solutions to common issues you might encounter. For problems not listed here, or if solutions do not resolve the issue, contact customer support.

6.1 Engine Does Not Start

  • Check Fuel Level: Ensure there is sufficient fuel in the tank.
  • Battery: Verify battery connections are secure and the battery is charged. A weak battery can prevent starting.
  • Ignition: Confirm the ignition key is in the "ON" position.
  • Spark Plug: Inspect the spark plug for fouling or damage.

6.2 Loss of Power

  • Fuel Supply: Check for clogged fuel lines or a dirty fuel filter.
  • Air Filter: A dirty air filter can restrict airflow and reduce engine power. Clean or replace as needed.
  • Spark Plug: A worn or fouled spark plug can lead to misfires and power loss.

6.3 Brakes Not Effective

  • Brake Adjustment: Check brake cable tension and adjust if too loose.
  • Brake Pads/Shoes: Inspect brake pads (disc) and shoes (drum) for wear. Replace if worn beyond limits.
  • Fluid Leaks (Disc Brake): For the rear disc brake, check for any fluid leaks or low fluid levels.
