3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your TaskStar TS8000 backpack sprayer before first use.
3.1 Attaching the Strainer and Lid
- Insert the screen filter (strainer) into the tank opening.
- Securely screw on the wide mouth lid.

3.2 Assembling the Spray Wand
- Attach the spray gun handle to the hose.
- Connect the extendable spray rod to the spray gun handle. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Select your desired nozzle and attach it to the end of the spray rod.
3.3 Attaching the Shoulder Straps
- Locate the attachment points on the sprayer tank.
- Securely fasten the shoulder straps to these points.

4. Charging the Battery
The TaskStar TS8000 comes with two 12V 4000mAh Li-ion batteries and a charger. Ensure batteries are fully charged before use for optimal performance.
- Open the battery compartment on the side of the sprayer.
- Remove a battery from the compartment.
- Connect the charger to the battery.
