1. Safety Information

Read all instructions before assembly and use of the stroller. Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death to your child.

  • WARNING: Never leave your child unattended in the stroller.
  • WARNING: Always use the 5-point safety harness to secure your child.
  • WARNING: Ensure all locking devices are engaged before use.
  • WARNING: Do not overload the storage basket. Maximum weight for the storage basket is 3 kg.
  • WARNING: The maximum weight recommendation for this stroller is 20 kg.
  • WARNING: This stroller is suitable for children from 0 to 3 years of age.
  • WARNING: Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by the manufacturer.
  • WARNING: Be aware of the risk of open fires and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc., in the near vicinity of the stroller.
  • WARNING: Always apply the brakes when placing or removing the child from the stroller.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your R for Rabbit Street Smart Nova Stroller.

  1. Attach the Wheels:

    Insert the front wheels into the designated slots on the front legs of the stroller frame until they click into place. Repeat for the rear wheels. Ensure all wheels are securely attached by pulling on them.

  2. Install the Bumper Bar:

    Align the bumper bar with the attachment points on both sides of the seat unit. Push firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely fastened.

  3. Attach the Canopy:

    Slide the canopy's attachment clips onto the designated points on the stroller frame near the handle. Secure any additional fasteners, such as Velcro or snaps, to the seat unit.

4. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the various features and how to operate them safely.

4.1 One-Hand Quick Fold Mechanism

To fold the stroller, locate the one-hand fold button/lever on the handle. Press the button and simultaneously push down or pull up (depending on the model's specific mechanism) to collapse the stroller. Ensure it locks into its compact folded position.

4.2 Reversible Handle

The stroller features a reversible handle, allowing your child to face you or face forward. To reverse the handle, locate the release buttons on both sides of the handle. Press these buttons and pivot the handle to the desired direction until it locks securely into place.

4.3 Multi-Recline Position

The seat offers multiple recline positions for your child's comfort. To adjust the recline, locate the recline mechanism (usually a strap or lever) at the back of the seat. Adjust to the desired angle and ensure it is securely locked.

4.4 Adjustable Footrest

The footrest can be adjusted to provide optimal support for your child's legs. Locate the adjustment buttons or levers on the sides of the footrest. Press and adjust to the desired height, then release to lock.

4.5 5-Point Safety Harness

To secure your child, place them in the seat and bring the shoulder straps over their shoulders and the waist straps around their waist. Connect the buckles into the central buckle until they click. Adjust the straps for a snug fit. To release, press the button on the central buckle.

4.6 Wheel Brakes and Suspension

The stroller is equipped with rear link brakes and front wheel locks. To engage the rear brakes, press down on the brake lever located near the rear wheels. To lock the front wheels for straight-line travel, push the lever on each front wheel. The wheels also feature a suspension system for a smoother ride.

4.7 Adjustable Canopy with Peek-a-boo Window

The canopy can be adjusted to provide shade and protection. Extend or retract the canopy as needed. A peek-a-boo window allows you to check on your child without disturbing them.

4.8 Storage Basket

A convenient storage basket is located under the seat for carrying essentials. Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 3 kg.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your stroller.

  • Cleaning: The fabric components are hand wash only. Use a mild soap and cold water. Do not bleach or tumble dry. The frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
  • Wheels: Periodically check the wheels for debris and ensure they rotate freely. Lubricate axles if necessary.
  • Fasteners: Regularly check all screws, rivets, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are secure.
  • Storage: Store the stroller in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

  • Stroller does not fold smoothly: Ensure the seat is in the upright position and the canopy is fully retracted. Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism.
  • Wheels are stiff or noisy: Clean any dirt or debris from the wheel axles. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts of the wheels. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Brakes are not engaging: Check for any obstructions around the brake mechanism. Ensure the brake lever is fully depressed.
  • Harness is difficult to buckle/unbuckle: Ensure all buckle components are aligned correctly. Clean any dirt from the buckle mechanism.
