2. Safety Information

To ensure safe operation, always follow these basic safety precautions:

  • Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
  • Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
  • Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the safety locking arm is securely in place before operating.
  • Keep hands and utensils out of the feed chute during operation to prevent injury. Use the food pusher provided.
  • Unplug the juicer from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

3. Parts and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.

Assembly Steps:

  • Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
  • Insert the juice collector onto the motor base.
  • Place the stainless steel filter basket firmly into the juice collector.
  • Position the feed chute cover over the filter basket and juice collector, ensuring it aligns correctly.
  • Attach the pulp container to the side of the juicer, underneath the pulp ejection spout.
  • Secure the safety locking arm by lifting it and hooking it over the feed chute cover. The juicer will not operate unless this is locked.
  • Place the food pusher into the feed chute.

4. Operating Instructions

Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing them thoroughly. For larger items, cut them into pieces that fit comfortably into the 2.5-inch wide feed chute. Remove pits from fruits like peaches or cherries, and hard seeds from melons.

Steps for Juicing:

  1. Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and the safety locking arm is engaged.
  2. Place a juice collection cup or pitcher under the juice spout.
  3. Plug the juicer into a power outlet.
  4. Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting (1, 2, or P).
  5. Gradually feed prepared fruits or vegetables into the feed chute using the food pusher. Do not force ingredients.
  6. Once juicing is complete, turn the control dial to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

Speed Settings:

  • Speed 1 (Low): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as oranges, strawberries, watermelon, grapes, and tomatoes. (12000 to 15000 RPM)
  • Speed 2 (High): Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, pears, pineapple, celery, and cucumbers. (12000 to 18000 RPM)
  • Pulse (P): Provides maximum speed for short bursts, useful for tough ingredients or clearing the filter.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your juicer. All removable parts are dishwasher safe and made from food-grade, BPA-free materials.

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
  2. Disassemble all removable parts: food pusher, feed chute cover, filter basket, juice collector, and pulp container.
  3. Rinse all removable parts under running water to remove any large pulp residue.
  4. Use the included cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the stainless steel filter basket. Pay special attention to the mesh to prevent clogging.
  5. Wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher.
