3. Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your telescopic sliding gate system. It is recommended that installation be performed by qualified personnel.

3.1 Gate Frame Recommendations

Ensure your gate frames meet the recommended specifications for optimal performance and stability.

• Recommended Frame Size: 3 inches wide x 6 inches height.

3.2 Gate Length Calculation for 2-Panel System

To determine the length of each gate door (LA) for a 2-panel system, use the following formula:

3.3 General Installation Steps (Summary)

1. Prepare the Foundation: Ensure a level and stable concrete foundation for the V-tracks and mounting brackets.
2. Install V-Tracks: Securely mount the 6ft V-tracks along the gate path. Ensure they are perfectly aligned and level.
3. Mount Pulleys and Brackets: Install the fixed and movable pulley boxes (282.501, 282.511), cable ground fixing bracket (282.521), and connection gate bracket (282.531) according to the system design.
