  • Integrated AC Wall Plug: Foldable prongs for direct wall charging of the power bank.

5. Setup: Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your VEGER Portable Power Bank. There are two methods for recharging:

5.1. Via Integrated AC Wall Plug

  1. Locate the foldable AC prongs on the back of the power bank.
  2. Flip out the prongs and plug the power bank directly into any standard wall outlet.
  3. The digital display will illuminate, showing the charging progress.

5.2. Via USB-C Port

  1. Connect a USB-C charging cable (not included) to the USB-C input/output port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
  3. Plug the wall adapter into a power outlet. The digital display will show charging status.

6. Operating Instructions: Charging Your Devices

Your VEGER Portable Power Bank offers multiple ways to charge your electronic devices:

6.1. Using Built-in Cables

  1. Identify the appropriate built-in cable for your device (iOS, USB-C, or Micro USB).
  2. Gently pull out the desired cable from its storage slot.
  3. Connect the cable to your device's charging port.
  4. The power bank will automatically begin charging. If not, press the power button to activate.

6.2. Using External Cables (USB-A or USB-C)

  1. Connect your device's charging cable to either the USB-A output port or the USB-C input/output port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of your cable to your device.
  3. The power bank will automatically begin charging. If not, press the power button to activate.

6.3. Simultaneous Charging

The power bank supports charging up to 4 devices concurrently using a combination of its built-in cables and external ports.

10. Troubleshooting

  • Device not charging: Ensure the power bank is charged. Press the power button to activate. Check cable connections and try a different cable or port.
  • Power bank not charging: Ensure the AC prongs are fully extended and securely plugged into a live outlet, or that the USB-C cable and adapter are functioning correctly.
  • Slow charging: Ensure your device supports 15W fast charging. Some devices or cables may charge at a slower rate.
  • Power bank gets warm during use: It is normal for the power bank to become slightly warm during charging or discharging. If it becomes excessively hot, discontinue use and contact support.
