1. Important Safety Instructions

• Always ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and the safety lock is engaged before operation.
• Do not submerge the motor base in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the feed chute during operation to prevent injury. Use the food pusher provided.
• For optimal performance and to prevent clogging, cut fibrous fruits and vegetables into small pieces. Remove large seeds from fruits before juicing.
• Unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning, assembling, or disassembling.
• Do not operate the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner.

3. Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your Biolomix HH916I juicer:

1. Place the juicer jar onto the top of the motor base.
2. Place the filter in the juice bottle and rotate to lock it into position.
3. Insert the auger into the filter.
4. Turn the top cover clockwise to the lock mark. Ensure it clicks into place; otherwise, the juicer will not operate.

4. Operation

4.1 Preparing Ingredients

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• For fruits and vegetables with a diameter under 2.9 inches (75mm), they can be juiced whole using the wide chute.
• Cut larger fruits and vegetables, especially fibrous ones like celery, into smaller pieces to prevent clogging.
• Remove hard seeds or pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums, cherries) before juicing.

4.2 Juicing Process

1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice and pulp containers are in place.
2. Plug in the juicer and turn the switch to the "ON" position.
3. Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the wide feed chute. Use the food pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients.
4. The juicer will automatically separate the juice into one container and the pulp into another.
5. If ingredients become jammed, switch to the "R" (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to "ON".
6. Once juicing is complete, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

4.3 Making Sorbet/Ice Cream

To make sorbet or ice cream, use the dedicated sorbet strainer. Ensure fruits are slightly thawed for best results.

1. Replace the standard juicing filter with the sorbet strainer during assembly.
2. Feed slightly thawed frozen fruits (e.g., kiwi, blueberries, bananas) into the juicer.
3. The juicer will extrude a smooth, soft-serve consistency.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer.

1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
2. Disassemble the juicer by reversing the assembly steps.
3. Rinse all detachable parts (except the motor base) under running water.
4. Use the included cleaning brush to remove any pulp residue from the filter and other components.
5. All BPA-free parts are dishwasher safe for convenience.
6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the motor base in water.
7. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing.
