2. Installation Guide
The Narpult Smart Lock is designed for easy installation on standard pre-drilled doors. A cross screwdriver is typically the only tool required.
2.1 Door Compatibility
This smart lock is compatible with door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 55mm). The door latches are adjustable to lengths of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4".

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Unlocking Methods
The Narpult Smart Lock offers five convenient ways to unlock your door:
- Fingerprint: Unlock in 1 second with high accuracy. Stores up to 50 fingerprints.
- Passcode: Use the electronic keypad. Supports 50 permanent codes and unlimited temporary codes.
- IC Card: Tap the included IC cards (4 pcs) to unlock.
- Mechanical Keys: Traditional key access (2 pcs included) for backup.
- App Control: Manage and unlock the lock via the TTlock App using Bluetooth.

3.2 App Operation (TTlock App)
The TTlock App allows for comprehensive control and management of your smart lock via Bluetooth. For remote control and voice assistant integration, a G2 Wi-Fi gateway (sold separately) is required.
3.2.1 Adding the Lock to the App
To add your Narpult Smart Lock to the TTlock App:
- Stay within 2 meters of the lock.
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
- Wake up the lock keypad by touching it.
- In the app, select your lock from the nearby devices list and name it.
- Select the correct door operation (left or right opening, inside or outside).
3.2.2 Sharing Access (eKeys & Admin)
You can share app operation access with family or guests:
- Open the home page of your lock in the app.
- Click 'eKeys' or 'Authorized Admin'.
- Send eKeys or create an admin.
- Choose the type of eKey (timed, permanent, one-time, recurring) or admin (timed, permanent).
- Enter the recipient's information.
- Confirm to send.
3.2.3 Generating Passcodes
The app supports 6 types of passcodes:
- Permanent
- Timed
- One-time
- Custom (4-9 digits in length)
- Recurring
- Erase
Generate passcodes directly from the app and share them as needed. For one-time PIN codes, these can be easily shared with couriers or visitors.

3.2.4 Adding Fingerprints
To add fingerprints for quick access:
- In the app, navigate to the 'Fingerprints' section.
- Follow the prompts to place and remove your finger on the lock's fingerprint sensor 4 times for 360-degree data collection.

3.2.5 Adding IC Cards
To add IC cards for tap-to-unlock functionality:
- In the app, navigate to the 'Cards' section.
- Follow the prompts to place the IC card against the card reader sensor on the Smart Lock.
3.2.6 Locking/Unlocking the Door via App
To lock the door via the app, hold the lock icon for a second. To unlock, touch the lock icon once.

3.3 Smart Features
- Auto-Lock: Configure the lock to automatically lock after a set delay (5-900 seconds) after entry or exit. This feature can be enabled and adjusted in the app settings under 'Auto Lock'.
- One-Touch Locking: Simply press the lock button on the keypad to secure the door.
- Silent Mode: Turn off the lock sound via the app to mute keypad beeps.
- Passage Mode: Keep the door unlocked for a specified period, useful for high-traffic times.
- Voice Control & Remote Control: Requires a G2 Wi-Fi gateway (sold separately) for integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, enabling voice commands and remote unlocking/locking.
- Interior Knob Unlocking: The interior knob allows for quick and easy exit.

4. Security Features
- Anti-Peeping Code: Enter random digits before or after your actual access code to prevent others from guessing your code.
- Wrong Code Entry Limit: If an incorrect passcode is entered 4 times consecutively, the keypad will lock for 5 minutes to prevent unauthorized access attempts.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Power and Battery
The Narpult Smart Lock operates on 4 AAA batteries (not included), providing power for at least 6 months under normal use.
- Low Battery Alert: The lock will sound a beep alarm when the battery level drops below 20%.
- Emergency Charge (Type-C): In case of complete battery depletion, the lock can be temporarily powered via a Type-C USB cable for emergency access.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Narpult Smart Lock, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Lock not responding: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Ensure the keypad is awake by touching it.
- Fingerprint not recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try re-registering your fingerprint in the app.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are within range of the lock. Restart the app or your phone if needed.
- Keypad unresponsive: If the keypad is unresponsive after multiple incorrect entries, it may be in a lockout period. Wait 5 minutes before trying again.
- Mechanical key not working: Ensure the key is fully inserted and turned correctly.
