Setup
Unpacking and Assembly
Carefully unpack all components from the packaging. The package includes the digital piano unit, a power supply (PES certified), an English instruction manual, and a triple pedal unit. The stand components are typically packed separately. Due to the weight of the piano unit, it is recommended to have assistance during assembly, especially when lifting the keyboard onto the stand.
The stand consists of four main pieces. Assembly is straightforward and typically takes 10-20 minutes. The pedal base comes pre-assembled, and its wire should be fed through the pre-drilled hole in the stand structure.

- Assemble the stand components using the provided hardware.
- Exercise caution when inserting screws into the leg holes, as the boards are coated. Ensure proper alignment to prevent damage.
- Once the stand is assembled, carefully lift the main piano unit and place it onto the stand. Secure it using the thumbscrews.
- Connect the triple pedal unit to the designated sockets located on the bottom of the piano body.
- Connect the power supply to the piano and a suitable power outlet.

When not in use, close the keyboard lid to protect the keys from dust and debris. Avoid placing heavy objects on the keyboard or exposing the instrument to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound: Ensure the power supply is correctly connected and the piano is turned on. Check the volume level and ensure headphones are not plugged in if you intend to use the speakers. Verify speaker connections if applicable.
- Keys Feel Too Hard/Soft: The digital piano features adjustable touch response. Refer to the operating instructions for adjusting key sensitivity to match your preference.
- Unclear Note Output: Check the selected tone/instrument setting. Ensure no effects or split functions are inadvertently activated that might alter the sound.
