Operating Instructions
Temperature Control
The unit features classic mechanical controls with a dial thermostat located behind the interior light switch. Turn the dial to adjust the internal temperature. Allow several hours for the unit to reach the desired temperature after initial setup or temperature adjustments.
Loading Kegs
Carefully place up to two 1/6 (sixtel) wine kegs onto the stainless-steel floor inside the unit. Ensure the kegs are stable and do not obstruct the door or internal components. Connect the tap kit components to the kegs as per the kit's instructions.
Serving Wine
Once the kegs are connected and the CO2 pressure is set, you can dispense wine by operating the faucets on the tap tower. Refer to the tap kit instructions for specific details on pressure settings and dispensing techniques.
Interior Light
The interior light is an LED and can be turned on or off using the rocker switch located behind the dial thermostat. This provides visibility inside the unit, especially when loading or unloading kegs or items.
Converting to a Refrigerator
When not used as a kegerator, the unit can be converted into a standard refrigerator. Remove the tap tower and kegs. The unit includes three adjustable glass shelves and one scalloped bottle rack for easy storage of bottles and other items. The black interior liner and stainless-steel floor provide added protection.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Regular cleaning of your appliance will ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Interior: Unplug the unit. Clean the interior liner and stainless-steel floor with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Exterior: Clean the stainless-steel door and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Tap Kit: Regularly clean the tap tower, faucets, and beer lines according to the tap kit manufacturer's instructions to prevent bacterial growth and ensure proper taste.
Automatic Defrost
The unit features an automatic defrost system, which reduces user maintenance. Frost will periodically melt and drain into an evaporation pan. Ensure the drain is not blocked.
Long-Term Storage
If the unit will not be used for an extended period, unplug it, clean the interior thoroughly, and leave the door slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth.
