3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Police Traffic Center Playset:
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Overview

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present as listed in Section 2. The playset base features interlocking connectors for expansion with other Matchbox Action Drivers sets.
3.2 Attaching the Police Station Building
Position the main police station building onto the designated slots on the playset base. Press firmly until it clicks into place, ensuring a secure connection.
3.3 Activating the Rotating Satellite

The satellite dish on top of the police station can be manually rotated. This action is designed to simulate updating the traffic situation on the control room monitor inside the station.
3.4 Positioning the Traffic Barrier

The yellow traffic barrier at the station's exit can be manually opened and closed. This allows vehicles to enter and exit the police traffic center.
3.5 Car-Activated Features

The playset features a car-activated mechanism. When a vehicle approaches the station entrance, the police officer figure will automatically move forward to greet the vehicle, enhancing interactive play.
3.6 Connecting to Other Playsets
The Matchbox Action Drivers Police Traffic Center is designed to connect with other Matchbox and Hot Wheels playsets (sold separately). Align the interlocking connectors on the base of this playset with those of other sets to expand your city.
4. Operating Instructions
The Matchbox Action Drivers Police Traffic Center offers interactive play features:
- Vehicle Dispatch: Drive the included Ford Police Interceptor or other 1:64 scale Matchbox vehicles to the station.
- Officer Greeting: As a vehicle approaches the main entrance, the police officer figure will automatically move to greet it.
- Traffic Control: Manually rotate the satellite dish on the roof to simulate updating traffic information.
- Gate Operation: Use the yellow barrier to control vehicle entry and exit from the station.
- Open-Ended Play: Utilize the playset's features to create various police scenarios and integrate with other Matchbox city components.
