Vortx Air Frying Technology

Figure 6: Diagram illustrating the rapid hot air circulation of Vortx technology, which ensures crispy and evenly cooked food with up to 99% less oil, making cooking 30% faster.
The Vortx technology circulates super-heated air around your food, cooking it quickly and evenly with little to no added oil. This results in crispy textures and delicious flavors with significantly less fat compared to traditional deep frying.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning will prolong the life of your air fryer and ensure optimal performance.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Cleaning Baskets and Trays: The cooking baskets and crisper trays are non-stick. Wash them with warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak them in warm water for a few minutes before cleaning. They may also be dishwasher safe (check product specific instructions if available, otherwise hand wash is safer).
- Cleaning Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or metal scouring pads.
- Cleaning Interior: Wipe the interior cavity with a damp cloth. For baked-on food, a small amount of mild detergent can be used. Ensure the interior is dry before next use.
- Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food particles. Do not use water or liquid directly on the heating element.
