1. Important Safety Instructions

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes to the ceramic pot or glass lid, such as placing a hot pot on a cold surface or adding cold liquid to a hot pot, as this may cause cracking.
  • Do not overfill the ceramic pot. Leave at least 2-3 cm space from the rim to prevent boiling over.
  • Always cook with the lid on to retain heat and moisture.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of the slow cooker.
