5. Setup
- Placement: Place the fan on a stable, flat surface where you desire airflow.
- Power Connection: Connect the integrated USB cable to a compatible 5V USB power source, such as a computer, laptop, power bank, or USB wall charger.

6. Operating Instructions
- Power On/Speed Adjustment: Locate the push button on the back of the fan. Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the three-speed settings (Low, Medium, High) and to turn the fan off.
- Adjusting Airflow Direction: Manually rotate the fan head 360 degrees vertically to direct the airflow to your desired angle.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Ensure the fan is unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. For dust accumulation on the blades, use a duster or compressed air. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store the fan in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
8. Troubleshooting
- Fan does not turn on:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into both the fan and the power source.
- Verify that the USB power source is functional. Try plugging another device into the same port or using a different USB port/adapter.
- Press the power button on the back of the fan.
- Weak airflow:
- Ensure the fan is set to a higher speed setting by pressing the power button.
- Check for any obstructions around the fan blades or grilles.
- Unusual noise:
- Ensure the fan is on a stable surface.
- Check for any foreign objects caught in the fan blades.
