1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Ginour 21V Cordless 15mm Random Orbital DA Polisher. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Instructions

Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury. Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves.

Avoid accidental starting; ensure the switch is in the off-position before inserting the battery pack or picking up or carrying the tool. 5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

1. Ensure the polisher's power switch is in the OFF position.
2. Align the battery pack with the battery port on the polisher.
3. Slide the battery pack into the port until it clicks securely into place.
4. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery pack out.

5.2 Pad Attachment

1. Ensure the polisher is off and the battery is removed.
2. Select the appropriate polishing pad for your task (e.g., foam for compounding, wool for finishing).
3. Align the chosen pad with the hook-and-loop backing plate on the polisher.
4. Press the pad firmly onto the backing plate to ensure a secure attachment.
5. To remove, simply peel the pad off the backing plate.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

1. With the battery installed, press the power button to turn the polisher ON.
2. Use the speed adjustment dial/buttons to select the desired RPM. The polisher offers 3 variable speeds:
• Speed 1 (2000 RPM): Ideal for waxing and light buffing.
• Speed 2 (4000 RPM): Suitable for general polishing and cleaning.
• Speed 3 (6000 RPM): For removing paint defects, swirl marks, and oxidation.
3. To turn the polisher OFF, press the power button again.

6.2 Application Techniques

Always work on a clean, dry, and cool surface. Apply a small amount of polishing compound or wax directly to the pad or the work surface. Spread the product evenly over a small section before turning on the polisher. Use overlapping passes, maintaining consistent pressure and speed. Avoid excessive pressure, especially on edges or body lines.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

After each use, remove the polishing pad and clean it thoroughly according to the pad manufacturer's instructions. Wipe down the polisher body with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure all vents are clear of debris to prevent overheating.

7.2 Battery Care

Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Fully charge batteries before long-term storage. Avoid completely discharging the batteries to prolong their lifespan.

8. Troubleshooting

• Polisher does not turn on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check the power switch.
• Reduced performance: Check if the battery is low. Ensure the polishing pad is clean and not worn out.
