Setup Guide

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the MP3 player. Connect the included USB cable to the player's charging port and the other end to a computer's USB port or a compatible USB wall adapter. The device typically charges within 2-3 hours.

2. Inserting the Micro SD Card

The player comes with a 16GB Micro SD card. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the device. Gently insert the Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation to avoid damage.

3. Transferring Files

Connect the MP3 player to your computer using the USB cable. The device will appear as a removable disk. You can then drag and drop music, video, photo, and e-book files into the appropriate folders on the player's internal storage or the Micro SD card.

Operating Instructions

Basic Navigation

The MP3 player features a central circular control pad with several buttons:

  • M (Menu/Back): Press to access the main menu or go back to the previous screen.
  • Play/Pause (Center Button): Press to play or pause media. Also used to confirm selections.
  • Left/Right Arrows: Navigate through menu options or skip tracks during playback.
  • Up/Down Arrows (VOL): Adjust volume during playback.

Music Playback

  1. From the main menu, select "Music".
  2. Browse your music library by artist, album, genre, or all songs.
  3. Select a song and press the Play/Pause button to begin playback.
  4. Use the Left/Right arrows to skip tracks. Use the Up/Down (VOL) arrows to adjust volume.

Video Playback & Photo Viewing

The device supports AMV and AVI video formats, and JPEG, BMP, GIF image formats.

  1. Select "Videos" or "Picture" from the main menu.
  2. Navigate to the desired file and press the Play/Pause button to open it.

FM Radio

The built-in FM radio supports frequencies from 87.5MHz to 108MHz and can save up to 30 channels.

  1. Select "FM Radio" from the main menu.
  2. Use the navigation buttons to scan for stations or select a saved channel.

Voice Recorder

Record and save audio in WAV or MP3 format.

  1. Select "Record" from the main menu.
  2. Follow on-screen prompts to start, pause, and save recordings.

E-Book Reader

The player supports TXT format e-books.

  1. Select "E-Book" from the main menu.
  2. Browse and select your TXT files to read.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
  • Storage: Store the MP3 player in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
  • Handling: Handle the device with care to prevent drops or impacts, which can damage internal components.

Troubleshooting

Device does not power on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the player to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
Cannot play music/video files:
Verify that the files are in a supported format (MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, FLAC, WAV, AAC-LC, ACELP for music; AMV, AVI for video). Check if the files are corrupted or incomplete. Ensure the Micro SD card is properly inserted.
Poor sound quality:
Check the volume level. Ensure headphones are properly connected. If using the built-in speaker, note that external speakers or headphones generally provide superior sound quality.
Device is not recognized by computer:
Try a different USB port or USB cable. Ensure the device is powered on when connected. Restart your computer and the MP3 player.
