3. Setup

3.1. Battery Charging and Installation

The product bundle includes a 4Ah battery and a charger. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.

1. Connect the charger to a suitable power outlet.
2. Insert the 4Ah battery into the charger. The charger's indicator light will show the charging status.
3. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.
4. To install the battery into the impact wrench, align the battery with the tool's base and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
5. To remove the battery, press the release button(s) on the battery pack and slide it out.

3.2. Attaching Impact Wrench Sockets

The product includes four impact wrench sockets (17 mm, 19 mm, 21 mm, 23 mm) with a length of 75 mm.

1. Ensure the impact wrench is switched off and the battery is removed before attaching or removing sockets.
2. Select the appropriate socket size for your application.
3. Push the socket onto the 1/2-inch square tool holder until it is firmly seated.
4. To remove, pull the socket off the tool holder.

4. Operating

4.1. Selecting Torque Stages

The impact wrench offers four selectable torque stages to match different application requirements:

• Stage 1: 85 Nm
• Stage 2: 125 Nm
• Stage 3: 200 Nm
• Stage 4: 300 Nm

Use the torque selection button to cycle through the stages. The LED display will indicate the currently selected torque value. The maximum loosening torque is 350 Nm.

4.2. Forward and Reverse Rotation

The tool features a switch for selecting forward (tightening) or reverse (loosening) rotation. Ensure the switch is in the desired position before starting the tool.

4.3. Using the Impact Wrench

1. Ensure the correct socket is attached and the battery is securely installed.
2. Select the desired torque stage and rotation direction.
3. Position the socket onto the fastener.
4. Press the trigger to start the tool. The integrated LED work light will illuminate the work area.
5. Apply steady pressure. The impact mechanism will engage automatically when resistance is met.
6. Release the trigger to stop the tool.
