4. Setup and First Use
4.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Check that all components are present and undamaged.
4.2 Cleaning Before First Use
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
- Clean the non-stick basket with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

4.3 Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

5.1 Control Panel Overview
The Aigostar Maha Air Fryer features a large digital LED touch panel for easy operation. It includes preset functions, temperature and time controls, and a light button for the viewing window.

5.2 General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients in the air fryer basket. For best results, lightly coat food with oil if desired, but it is not always necessary.
- Insert Basket: Slide the basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Plug the appliance into a grounded wall outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Select Function:
- Preset Programs: Choose one of the 5 pre-programmed functions (Grill, Chicken, Fries, Vegetables, Dessert) by pressing the corresponding icon. The air fryer will automatically set the optimal time and temperature.
- Manual Mode: Alternatively, use the temperature and time adjustment buttons to set your desired cooking parameters. The temperature range is typically 80-200°C and time up to 50 minutes.
- Preheat Mode: Select the preheat function for optimal cooking results, especially for items that benefit from a hot start.
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking cycle.
- Monitor Progress: Use the illuminated viewing window to check on your food without opening the basket, preserving heat and cooking efficiency. Press the 'LIGHT' button to turn the internal light on or off.
- Shake/Flip Food: For even cooking, some recipes may require shaking or flipping ingredients halfway through the cooking time. Carefully pull out the basket using the cool-touch handle, shake or flip, and reinsert. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
- End of Cooking: The air fryer will beep when the cooking time is complete. Carefully remove the basket and transfer food to a serving dish.
