2. Important Safety Information
- Weight Capacity: Ensure the weight on each upper shelf does not exceed 11 lbs (5 kg). The bottom shelf has a maximum weight capacity of 22 lbs (10 kg). Overloading can compromise stability.
- Stability: Use caution when moving the cart, especially when fully loaded, to prevent tipping. Avoid sudden movements or pulling the cart over uneven surfaces.
- Assembly: Follow all assembly instructions carefully. Ensure all fasteners are securely tightened before use.
- Placement: Place the cart on a flat, stable surface. Avoid placing it in areas where it could be easily knocked over.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the cart during assembly and ensure it is stable and secure when in use.

4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below. A screwdriver (not included) may be required.
- Prepare Components: Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify all panels, rods, hardware, and wheels.
- Attach Fasteners to Side Panels: Insert the cam lock nuts and wooden dowels into the designated holes on the side panels (parts 3 and 4 in typical diagrams).
- Assemble Base: Secure the bottom plate (part 2) to the side panels using the provided screws and cam locks. Ensure the holes for the wheels are facing downwards.
- Insert Support Rods: Place the iron support rods (part 5) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels for each shelf level. These rods act as protective fences.
- Attach Shelves: Slide the layer plates (part 6) onto the support rods and secure them to the side panels using screws and cam locks. Repeat for all three shelves, ensuring the protective fences are correctly positioned.
- Attach Top Panel: Secure the top panel (part 1) to the assembled structure using the remaining screws and cam locks.
- Install Wheels: Attach the four easy-glide wheels (part H) to the bottom plate of the cart using the provided screws (part E). Ensure they are securely fastened.
- Install Handle: Attach the metal handle (part D) to the designated side of the top panel using the provided screws (part G).
- Cover Screws: Use the provided stickers to cover any visible screw heads for a cleaner aesthetic.

- Loading the Cart: Distribute items evenly across the three tiers. Place heavier items on the bottom shelf to enhance stability. The protective bars on each shelf help prevent items from falling out during movement.
- Maneuvering: Use the metal handle to gently pull or push the cart. The four easy-glide wheels allow for smooth movement in any direction.
- Placement: This slim cart is ideal for narrow spaces such as between appliances, next to cabinets, or in small alcoves.
- Lockable Wheels: If your cart includes lockable wheels, engage the locks when the cart is in its desired stationary position to prevent accidental movement.

- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
- Avoid Moisture: While durable, prolonged exposure to excessive moisture should be avoided to preserve the integrity of the particleboard.
7. Troubleshooting
- Cart feels wobbly:
- Ensure all assembly screws and fasteners are securely tightened.
- Check that the cart is placed on a flat, even surface.
- Verify that weight is distributed evenly across the shelves, with heavier items on the bottom.
- Difficulty rolling:
- Check if the wheels are locked (if applicable).
- Ensure no debris is obstructing the wheels.
- Verify that the cart is not overloaded beyond its weight capacity.
- Items falling off shelves:
- Ensure the protective bars are correctly installed and facing the front.
- Avoid sudden or forceful movements when pulling or pushing the cart.
