• Dual Suction Cup Design: Features two 115mm (4.5 inch) rubber suction cups for powerful and stable tile adsorption. Each cup can absorb up to 200kg, allowing for easy handling of large tiles.

Setup

1. Charging the Battery

1. Remove the lithium battery from the tile vibrator or its packaging.
2. Connect the original charger to a standard power outlet.
3. Insert the battery into the charger. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
4. Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge. Disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged.

2. Attaching the Battery

• Align the charged battery with the battery slot on the tile vibrator.
• Slide the battery into the slot until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is firmly seated to prevent accidental detachment during operation.

Operating Instructions

1. Preparing the Tile

• Ensure the tile surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or debris for optimal suction.
• Apply the adhesive or mortar to the wall or floor as per standard tiling practices.

2. Adsorbing the Tile

1. Place the tile vibrator's suction cups onto the tile surface.
2. Press down firmly on the handle to create a vacuum seal.
3. Engage the lock button on each suction cup to secure the tile firmly. This prevents the tile from falling or breaking during movement.
4. Carefully lift and position the tile onto the prepared surface.

3. Activating Vibration and Leveling

1. Once the tile is in place, press the ON/OFF button (often located near the handle) to activate the vibration function.
2. Use the gear adjustment controls (usually buttons or a dial) to select the desired vibration speed from 1 to 6. Adjust the speed based on the tile size and the thickness of the adhesive/plaster.
3. Gently move the vibrator across the tile surface to ensure even distribution of adhesive and proper leveling.
4. After leveling, release the lock buttons on the suction cups and carefully remove the vibrator from the tile.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the suction cups and the body of the machine with a damp cloth to remove any adhesive residue or dust. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the tile vibrator and its accessories in the original plastic case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: For long-term storage, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%). Recharge the battery every 3-6 months if not in use to maintain its lifespan.
