Setup and Installation
Charging the Picture Light
The FULEN WL03 Picture Light features a 4500mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the light to ensure optimal performance.
- Detach the light bar from its magnetic base.
- Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the charging port on the light bar and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
- A full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours. The indicator light will change when charging is complete.
- Once fully charged, reattach the light bar to its base, ensuring it snaps securely into place.
Mounting the Picture Light
The picture light offers two convenient installation methods:
- Adhesive Mounting (for smooth surfaces):
- Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
- Peel the protective film from the double-sided adhesive on the back of the mounting base.
- Press the base firmly onto the desired location on the wall for at least 30 seconds.
- Allow the adhesive to set for 24 hours before attaching the light bar to ensure a strong bond.
- Screw Mounting (for textured surfaces or added security):
- Position the mounting base on the wall and mark the screw hole locations.
- Drill pilot holes if necessary and insert wall anchors (if using).
- Secure the mounting base to the wall using the provided screws.
- Once the base is securely mounted, attach the light bar to it.
Operation
Remote Control Functions
The included remote control allows for convenient adjustment of the picture light's settings. Ensure the remote is pointed towards the light's sensor for optimal response.
- Power On/Off: Press the power button (⏻) to turn the light on or off.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the brightness up (☀+) and down (☀-) buttons to cycle through 5 levels of brightness (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
- Color Temperature Selection: Press the 'WW' (Warm White), 'NW' (Natural White), or 'CW' (Cool White) buttons to change the light's color temperature.
- Timer Function: Set the light to automatically turn off after 10 or 30 minutes using the respective timer buttons (⏱10 / ⏱30).
Manual Control
The light bar also features manual controls for basic functions, located on the side of the light bar:
- Power Button: Press to turn the light on or off.
- Mode Button: Press to cycle through the three color temperatures.
Adjusting Light Angle
The light bar can be rotated up to 90 degrees to direct illumination precisely where needed, allowing you to highlight different parts of your artwork or display.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the light, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or solvents, as these may damage the finish or electronic components.
Battery Care
- Recharge the battery when the light dims or stops working to maintain optimal performance.
- For optimal battery longevity, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
- If storing the light for an extended period (more than one month), charge it to about 50% and recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge and preserve battery health.
