5. Setup
5.1 Power Supply

5.2 Filling the Food Tank
- Open the lid of the food tank.
- Pour dry pet food into the tank. The maximum capacity is approximately 4 liters (2.2 kg).
- Ensure the food kibble size is between 2mm and 15mm in diameter and less than 5mm thick to prevent blockages.
- Place the desiccant packet into the designated pocket under the lid to keep food fresh.
- Close the lid securely and engage the lock mechanism.



6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Unlocking the Control Panel
To prevent accidental changes, the control panel has a lock function. Press and hold the Lock button for a few seconds to unlock the panel before making any settings.
6.2 Setting Current Time
To set the current time on the feeder's display:
- Unlock the control panel.
- Press and hold the Set button (often represented by a gear or clock icon) until the time display flashes.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the Set button again to switch to minute adjustment. Use '+' and '-' to adjust minutes.
- Press the Set button one more time to save the current time.
6.3 Setting Feeding Schedule and Amount
You can set up to 6 meals per day. Each meal can have a different time and portion size.
- Unlock the control panel.
- Press the Meal button (often represented by a food bowl icon) to enter meal setting mode. The first meal time will flash.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the hour for the first meal.
- Press the Meal button again to switch to minute adjustment. Use '+' and '-' to adjust minutes.
- Press the Meal button again to set the portion amount. The portion display (e.g., "01" to "20") will flash. Use '+' and '-' to select the desired number of portions (1 portion ≈ 7g, so 1-20 portions ≈ 7-140g).
- Repeat steps 2-5 for subsequent meals (up to 6). After setting the 6th meal, pressing the Meal button again will exit the setting mode.

6.4 Voice Recording Function
You can record a 10-second voice message that will play at each scheduled mealtime to call your pet.
- Unlock the control panel.
- Press and hold the Record button (microphone icon) for 3 seconds. The recording indicator will light up.
- Speak your message into the microphone. The recording will automatically stop after 10 seconds or when you release the button.
- To play back the recording, briefly press the Record button.

6.5 Manual Feeding
To dispense food manually outside of scheduled times:
- Unlock the control panel.
- Briefly press the Manual Feed button (often represented by a single food kibble icon). One portion of food will be dispensed.

6.6 Dual Bowl Setup (Optional)
If you have the dual bowl accessory (sold separately or included in some variants), you can split the dispensed food into two bowls. The splitter can be adjusted to distribute food in 7 stages between the two bowls.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and proper functioning of the feeder.
- Disconnect the power adapter and remove any batteries before cleaning.

- Wash the food bowl and food tank with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before adding food and reconnecting power.

7.2 Desiccant Replacement
Replace the desiccant packet regularly (e.g., monthly) to maintain food freshness, especially in humid environments.
- Open the lid of the food tank.
- Remove the old desiccant packet from its pocket.
- Insert a new desiccant packet.
- Close the lid securely.
