Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your AULA F99 keyboard, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the correct connection mode (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, or wired) is selected. For wireless modes, check battery level and ensure the dongle is properly inserted or Bluetooth is paired. Try restarting the keyboard and the connected device.
- Keys not responding: Check if the keyboard is powered on and connected. If individual keys are not working, consider replacing the switch using the hot-swap feature.
- RGB lighting issues: Verify that the backlighting is enabled. Use the FN key combinations to cycle through effects, adjust brightness, and speed. Ensure the driver software is installed and up-to-date for full customization.
- Lag or input delay: For wireless connections, ensure there are no strong interferences (e.g., other 2.4GHz devices). Try moving closer to the receiver or switching to a wired connection.
If problems persist after attempting these steps, please contact AULA customer support for further assistance.
