• Wireless Charging and IPX5 Waterproof

  The charging case supports both wireless charging (charger not included) and USB-C charging, reaching full power in approximately 2 hours. With an IPX5 waterproof rating, these earbuds are suitable for sports, running, and reading, offering resistance to sweat and light rain.

• Bluetooth 5.3 and One-Step Pairing

  Equipped with Bluetooth 5.3, these earbuds ensure stable, low-power transmission and extended range, compatible with most Bluetooth devices. After the initial connection, simply take the earbuds out of the case, and they will automatically pair with your device.

• LED Power Display and 64 Hours Playback

  The LED digital display on the charging case shows the power level of the case and the charging status of each earbud. Each earbud provides up to 8 hours of playtime per charge, with the case offering 3 additional charges for a total of 64 hours of playback.

Setup Guide

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

• USB-C Charging: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power adapter (not included).
• Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a compatible wireless charging pad (not included).
• The LED display on the case will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours for the case.

2. Pairing with Your Device

The earbuds feature one-step automatic pairing.

1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, search for "A16" in the Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with your device every time you open the case and take them out.

3. Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal sound and comfort, choose the correct eartip size and adjust the wingtips.

• Select the eartips that provide a snug fit in your ear canal.
• Insert the earbuds into your ears, gently twisting them to ensure the soft wingtips are securely tucked into your earlobe. This provides a stable fit, especially during physical activity.

Operating Instructions

The A16 earbuds feature smart touch controls on each earbud.

Maintenance and Care

• Clean the earbuds and charging case regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and dry before charging.
• While IPX5 rated, avoid submerging the earbuds in water or exposing them to heavy rain for extended periods.
• Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing/connecting:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try pairing again.
  • Forget "A16" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair.
  • Ensure earbuds and case have sufficient charge.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Place both earbuds back into the case and take them out again.
  • Check if both earbuds are charged.
  • Perform a factory reset (refer to specific instructions if available in a physical manual, otherwise, try forgetting device and re-pairing).
• Poor sound quality:
  • Ensure earbuds are clean and free of debris.
  • Try different eartip sizes for a better seal in your ear canal.
  • Move closer to your connected device to avoid interference.
• Microphone issues during calls:
  • Ensure earbuds are properly connected and selected as the audio input device.
  • Clean the microphone openings on the earbuds.
  • If issues persist, try placing the earbuds back in the case and reconnecting.
