• Cartridge Holder: Secures the anesthetic cartridge.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the handpiece and charging stand.

1. Connect the adapter to the charging stand and a power outlet.
2. Place the handpiece onto the charging stand.

5.2 Cartridge and Needle Preparation

1. Ensure the handpiece is clean and sterilized according to clinical guidelines.
2. Insert the anesthetic cartridge into the cartridge holder.
3. Attach a sterile dental needle to the cartridge holder.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Short press the Power On/Off button. The LED display will illuminate.
• Power Off: Long press the Power On/Off button until the display turns off.

6.2 Speed Adjustment

The device features three adjustable injection speeds: Low, Mid, and High. These can be selected to suit different clinical needs and patient comfort levels.

• Short press the Speed Adjustment button to cycle through Low, Mid, and High speeds. The selected speed will be indicated on the LED display.
• Low Speed: Approximately 285 seconds for 1.7mL anesthetic.
• Mid Speed: Approximately 130 seconds for 1.7mL anesthetic.
• High Speed: Approximately 89 seconds for 1.7mL anesthetic.

6.3 Soft Touch Control

The device incorporates soft touch control for precise and comfortable operation, allowing for one-button switching and speed adjustment during the injection process.

6.4 Music System

The integrated music system provides soothing music to help relieve patient tension during procedures. It also includes voice prompts for speed mode and injection status.

• Long press the Music Volume Adjustment button to adjust the music volume.

6.5 Injection Process

1. After powering on and selecting the desired speed, position the needle appropriately.
2. Press the Injection button to begin anesthetic delivery.
3. Monitor the LED display for injection status and adjust speed if necessary using the Speed Adjustment button.
4. To perform aspiration, long press the Aspiration/Unlock button.
5. Once the injection is complete, release the Injection button.

7.1 Cleaning and Sterilization

• After each use, disconnect the needle and cartridge.
• Clean the handpiece exterior with a soft cloth dampened with a mild disinfectant solution. Do not immerse the handpiece in liquid.
• Follow standard clinical protocols for sterilizing reusable components and disposing of single-use items.

7.2 Storage

• Store the device in its charging stand or a clean, dry environment when not in use.
