4.2 Setting the Temperature
Turn the Temperature Control Dial to the desired temperature setting for your recipe. The oven typically ranges from 100°C to 230°C (212°F to 450°F).
4.3 Selecting a Cooking Function
Rotate the Function Selector Dial to choose the appropriate cooking mode:
- Bake: Uses both top and bottom heating elements for even cooking, ideal for cakes, cookies, and casseroles.
- Roast: Similar to bake, often with slightly higher heat or specific element combinations for roasting meats and vegetables.
- Broil: Uses the top heating element for intense direct heat, perfect for browning, grilling, or toasting.
- Other functions may include Toast or Keep Warm, depending on the specific model markings.
4.4 Setting the Timer
Turn the Timer Control Dial to the desired cooking time. The timer can typically be set for up to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound when the set time has elapsed.
- To operate the oven continuously without the timer, turn the timer dial to the "Stay On" position (if available). Always monitor the oven when using this setting.
4.5 Preheating the Oven
For best results, it is recommended to preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes before placing food inside. Set the desired temperature and function, then allow the oven to reach temperature before inserting food.
4.6 Cooking Tips
- Always use oven-safe bakeware.
- Place food on the oven rack or baking pan, ensuring proper air circulation.
- Avoid opening the oven door frequently during cooking to maintain consistent temperature.
- Adjust cooking times and temperatures as needed based on your specific recipe and desired results.

- Crumb Tray: Empty the crumb tray regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
5.3 Storage
Ensure the oven is clean and completely dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.
