1. Product Overview

The XREXS Digital Kitchen Timer is designed for precise time management in various settings, including cooking, studying, meetings, and exercise. It features a large 5-inch LED display with customizable RGB colors, adjustable brightness, and multiple volume settings, including a silent vibration mode.

2. Setup

Charging the Timer:

The timer is equipped with an integrated 800 mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, or when the low power icon appears, connect the timer to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.

The timer features a convenient USB-C charging port for its internal rechargeable battery.

Note: Some high-wattage USB-C Power Delivery chargers may not be compatible. Use a standard USB charger and the provided cable for optimal charging.

Power On/Off:

To power on the device, long-press the MODE/POWER button. To power off, long-press the same button.

3. Operating Instructions

Button Functions:

Detailed view of the timer's front buttons (HR, MIN, SEC, Color/Clear, ST/SP) and rear features (hanging hole, reset, magnets, stand, volume, brightness, charge port).

• HR: Set Hours
• MIN: Set Minutes
• SEC: Set Seconds
• Color/Clear: Select display color or clear current settings.
• ST/SP (Start/Stop): Start or pause the timer.
• Volume Adjustment Switch: Located on the side.
• Brightness Switch: Located on the side.

Setting the Countdown Timer:

1. Press the HR, MIN, and SEC buttons to set your desired time.
2. Press the ST/SP button to start the countdown.
3. To pause, press ST/SP again. To resume, press ST/SP.
4. When the timer reaches zero, it will alarm according to your volume settings.
5. To clear the timer, press the Color/Clear button.

Using the Count-Up Timer (Stopwatch):

1. Ensure the timer is at 00:00:00. If not, press the Color/Clear button to reset.
2. Press the ST/SP button to start counting up.
3. To pause, press ST/SP again. To resume, press ST/SP.
4. The timer can count up to 9 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds.

The timer supports both countdown for cooking and count-up for activities like exercise.

Adjusting Display Color:

Press the Color/Clear button repeatedly to cycle through the 6 normal colors and 4 dynamic RGB color modes.

The timer offers a range of RGB colors for its digital display, allowing for personalization and visual cues.

Adjusting Brightness:

Use the brightness switch on the side of the timer to select between high brightness, low brightness, or energy-saving mode. In energy-saving mode, the screen will turn off after 10 seconds of inactivity.

Adjusting Volume and Vibration:

Use the volume adjustment switch on the side of the timer to select between high volume (80-90 dB), low volume (60-75 dB), or silent mode with flash/vibration.

Placement Options:

The timer offers multiple ways to be placed:

• Stand: Use the integrated foldable stand to place it on any flat surface.
• Magnetic: Strong magnets on the back allow it to be attached to metallic surfaces like refrigerators or ovens.
• Hanging: A hanging hole is provided for wall mounting.

The timer can be placed on a stand, hung via a hole, or attached magnetically to surfaces.

4. Maintenance

• Clean the timer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.

5. Troubleshooting

• Timer not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a USB-C power source.
• Display is dim or off: Check the brightness setting using the side switch. If in energy-saving mode, the display will turn off after 10 seconds.
• Timer not responding: Try resetting the device by pressing the reset button (if available, usually a small pinhole) or by powering it off and on again.
• Charging issues: If the timer does not charge, try a different standard USB charger and cable. Some high-wattage USB-C Power Delivery chargers may not be compatible.
• Magnets not holding: Ensure the surface is flat and metallic. The magnets are strong but may not adhere to uneven or non-metallic surfaces.
