1. Product Overview

The Armorcope CG6C Wireless Outdoor Security Camera offers advanced features for comprehensive home security. This battery-powered camera provides 2K resolution with color night vision, AI motion detection, two-way audio, and is IP66 weatherproof for reliable outdoor use. It supports both SD card and cloud storage options.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging the Camera

Before initial use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the USB port at the bottom of the camera and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included). The built-in 5000mAh battery provides extended usage.

3.2 App Installation and Connection

1. Download the 'Vicohome' app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
2. Register for an account and log in.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the camera only supports this frequency.

3.3 Mounting the Camera

The camera is designed for wall mounting and is IP66 weatherproof, allowing for outdoor installation. The included bracket features a ball joint for flexible positioning.

1. Choose a suitable location for optimal viewing and Wi-Fi signal strength.
2. Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark drill holes on the wall.
3. Drill holes and insert the provided wall anchors.
4. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the screws.
5. Attach the camera to the bracket by screwing it onto the threaded post. The camera can be easily detached for recharging without removing the entire mount.
6. Adjust the camera angle using the ball joint for desired coverage.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Live View and Recording

Access the live feed of your camera through the Vicohome app. You can view real-time footage and initiate manual recordings as needed.

4.2 Night Vision Modes

The camera features 2K HD resolution and offers two night vision options:

• Full Color Night Vision: Utilizes 2 PIR LEDs and 2 white lights to provide clear, color images even in low-light conditions.
• Infrared Night Vision: Provides traditional black and white infrared footage.

4.3 Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera employs PIR/AI motion detection technology to accurately identify human, pet, package, and vehicle movements. You will receive real-time alerts on your smartphone, minimizing false alarms.

4.4 Two-Way Talk and Siren

Communicate with visitors or deter intruders using the built-in microphone and speaker. The app allows for smooth two-way conversations. You can also activate a siren or flashing white light directly from the app.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Management

The camera's built-in 5000mAh battery can last for 1-5 months on a single charge, depending on usage and motion detection frequency. Recharge the camera when the battery level is low, as indicated in the Vicohome app.

5.2 Cleaning and Weather Protection

The IP66 weatherproof rating ensures the camera functions reliably in various weather conditions (rain, sun, snow). Periodically wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

6. Troubleshooting

• Camera Offline: Ensure the camera is charged and within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Restart the camera and your Wi-Fi router if necessary.
• No Motion Alerts: Check the motion detection settings in the Vicohome app. Ensure the sensitivity is set appropriately and alert zones are configured correctly. Verify app notifications are enabled on your smartphone.
• Poor Video Quality: Ensure the camera lens is clean. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength; a weak signal can affect streaming quality.
• Battery Drains Quickly: Frequent motion detection events, live viewing, and two-way talk can increase battery consumption. Adjust settings to optimize battery life.
• Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi: Confirm your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz networks. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password carefully in the app.
