4. Setup Guide
The MOONCOOL ZT-E20 arrives 65% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:
4.1. Unboxing & Initial Inspection
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

4.2. Rear Axle and Wheels Assembly
- Attach the rear derailleur to the rear axle frame using the provided tools.

- Insert the handlebar stem into the front fork tube.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On/Off
- To power on the tricycle, press and hold the power button on the LED display.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again.
5.2. Pedal Assist (PAS) Modes
- The tricycle offers 3 levels of pedal assist. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to cycle through PAS levels.
- Higher PAS levels provide more motor assistance while pedaling.
5.3. Throttle Operation
- The twist throttle on the right handlebar provides power on demand without pedaling.
- Twist the throttle towards you to accelerate. Release to decelerate.
5.4. Headlight and Taillight Operation
- To turn on the headlight, long press the '+' button on the LED display.
- The taillight activates automatically with the headlight and brightens when brakes are applied.
5.5. Horn and Turn Signals
- The horn button is located on the left handlebar. Press to sound the horn.
