Troubleshooting
Safe Opens Unexpectedly / Latch Cycling
If the safe opens unexpectedly or the latch continuously cycles, this may indicate a power issue or a sensor malfunction. First, ensure both sets of AAA batteries are fresh and correctly installed. If using the adapter, ensure it is securely connected and providing stable power. If the issue persists, disconnect all power sources (batteries and adapter) for a few minutes, then reconnect. If the problem continues, contact customer support.
Wireless Charging Issues
If your device is not charging wirelessly, ensure it is compatible with wireless charging. Check that the device is centered on the charging pad. Thick phone cases or metal objects between the device and the pad can interfere with charging; try removing the case. Ensure the safe is connected to the adapter for wireless charging functionality.
Clock Display Not Working / Incorrect Time
Ensure the 4 AAA batteries for the screen display are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. The screen automatically turns off after 20 seconds to save power; touch the left side of the screen to wake it up. If the time is incorrect, follow the "Setting the Clock Time" instructions in the Setup section.
Fingerprint Not Recognized
Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try placing your finger in different positions and angles on the scanner. If the issue persists, delete the existing fingerprint and re-enroll it following the "Setting Fingerprints" instructions.
Drawer Difficult to Close
Ensure no items inside the safe are obstructing the drawer's path. Check that the drawer slides are clean and free of debris. If the drawer was disassembled, ensure it was reassembled correctly and fully seated on its tracks.
