Setup and Installation
Important Note: This shower system is intended for new construction or bathroom remodels. Installation requires the removal of existing tiles and fixtures, and potentially repiping. It is highly recommended to consult a professional plumber before purchasing and proceeding with installation.
Key Installation Considerations:
- Pressure-Balanced Valve (PBV): The included PBV effectively prevents water hammer noise and scalding from abrupt temperature changes. Ensure correct hot and cold water inlet connections (1/2" NPT).
- Shower Arm Length: For optimal comfort and to avoid wall collisions, ensure the shower arm extends sufficiently from the wall. An arm of 15.75 inches or more is recommended.
- Water Connections: The fixed shower head connector and hand shower head connector are both 1/2" NPT.

Operating Instructions
Shower Mixer Valve Control:
The shower system features a single handle for controlling water temperature and flow, and a diverter for selecting between the rainfall shower head and the handheld shower.
- Temperature Control: Rotate the main handle. Moving the handle towards 'H' (Hot) increases the water temperature, while moving it towards 'C' (Cold) decreases it.
- Diverter: Use the small knob or lever on the valve plate to switch water flow between the 10-inch rainfall shower head and the handheld shower.

10-inch Rainfall Shower Head:
The ultra-thin 10-inch rainfall shower head provides extensive coverage for a full-body shower experience. It is 360° adjustable, allowing you to set it to any desired angle for maximum comfort.

Adjustable Handheld Shower with Sliding Bar:
The handheld shower is equipped with a sliding bar, allowing you to effortlessly customize its height and angle. This feature ensures personalized comfort for users of different heights, including men, women, and children. The maximum adjustment height is 20.47 inches.

High-Pressure Handheld Shower:
The handheld shower is designed to deliver outstanding performance, even in low-pressure water environments.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will help preserve the finish and functionality of your shower system.
- Cleaning the Finish: Clean the brushed nickel finish with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly. Dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, bleach, or cleaners containing alcohol, as these can damage the finish and internal components.
- Shower Head Nozzles: Periodically check the silicone nozzles on the rainfall shower head and handheld shower for mineral buildup. Gently rub the nozzles with your finger or a soft brush to dislodge any deposits.
- Hose Maintenance: Inspect the shower hose for any kinks or damage. Ensure it is not excessively twisted during use.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your shower system, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Low Water Pressure:
- Check if the main water supply valve is fully open.
- Inspect shower head nozzles for mineral buildup and clean if necessary.
- Ensure the shower hose is not kinked or obstructed.
- Water Temperature Fluctuations:
- The pressure-balanced valve is designed to prevent this. If fluctuations occur, ensure proper installation of the valve and check your home's water heater settings.
- Verify that hot and cold water lines are connected correctly to the valve.
- Leaks:
- Check all connections for tightness. Do not overtighten.
- Ensure all seals and O-rings are properly seated.
- If leaks persist, contact a professional plumber.
- Diverter Not Switching Properly:
- Ensure the diverter knob/lever is fully engaged in the desired position.
- Mineral buildup might affect its movement; try cleaning around the mechanism.
