1. Introduction

The Monopoly Deal Card Game offers a fast-paced, strategic experience based on the classic Monopoly board game. Designed for 2 to 5 players aged 8 and up, a game can be completed in as little as 15 minutes. The objective is to be the first player to collect three complete Property card sets of different colors.

3. Setup

1. Shuffle all 110 cards thoroughly.
2. Deal 5 cards face down to each player. Players should keep their hands secret.
3. Place the remaining cards face down in the center of the playing area to form the Draw Pile.
4. Leave space next to the Draw Pile for a Discard Pile, which will form as the game progresses.

4. Operating Instructions: How to Play

4.1. Game Objective

The first player to collect 3 complete Property sets of different colors wins the game.

4.2. Card Types

Understanding the different card types is crucial for gameplay:

• Property Cards: These cards represent properties from the Monopoly board. Collect all properties of the same color to form a complete Property set.
• Wild Property Cards: These cards can be used as part of any Property set, allowing flexibility in completing sets.
• Action Cards: These cards allow players to perform special actions, such as collecting rent, stealing properties, or drawing extra cards.
• Money Cards: These cards are used to pay debts to other players or to bank money for future payments.

4.3. Gameplay Flow (Your Turn)

On your turn, follow these steps:

1. Draw 2 Cards: Always start your turn by drawing two cards from the Draw Pile.
2. Play Up to 3 Cards: You may play up to three cards from your hand. Cards can be played in three ways:
   • Into Your Bank: Place Money cards or Action cards face up into your personal Bank pile. This money can be used to pay other players.
   • Into Your Property Collection: Place Property cards or Wild Property cards face up into your Property Collection area. Group cards by color to form sets.
   • As an Action: Play an Action card from your hand to perform its effect. Discard Action cards to the Discard Pile after use, unless otherwise specified.
3. End of Turn: If you have more than 7 cards in your hand at the end of your turn (after playing your 3 cards), discard excess cards to the Discard Pile until you have 7 cards.

4.4. Action Card Details

Specific functions of common Action Cards:

• Rent Cards: Play a Rent card to demand rent from another player. The amount depends on the number of properties you have in the specified color set.
• Deal Breaker: Play this card to steal a complete Property set from any player. This is a powerful card that can turn the tide of the game.
• Sly Deal: Play this card to steal one property card from any player. You cannot steal a property that is part of a complete set.

• Just Say No!: Play this card to cancel any Action card played by another player. This card can be played at any time, even out of turn.
• It's Your Birthday!: All other players must pay you a specified amount of money.

4.5. Winning the Game

The game ends immediately when a player successfully collects 3 complete Property sets of different colors. That player is declared the winner.
