Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation:

  1. Solar Panel Placement: Choose a location for the solar panel where it receives direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily. This ensures optimal charging. The solar panel can be inserted into the ground using the provided stake or mounted on a wall.
  2. Light Placement: The pond lights are weighted to sink into water without additional fixing. Place them in your pond, fountain, or pool as desired. The 17ft/5m cord provides flexibility for arrangement.
  3. Adjusting Light Heads: Each light head can be adjusted up to 90 degrees. Angle them to illuminate specific features or areas.
  4. Connection: Ensure all light heads are securely connected to the solar panel.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your POPOSOAP Solar Pond Lights, consider the following maintenance tips:

  • Solar Panel Cleaning: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures maximum sunlight absorption and efficient charging.
  • Light Head Cleaning: Periodically clean the light heads to remove any algae or mineral buildup, especially if submerged in water. This helps maintain light brightness and clarity.
  • Winter Care: In regions with harsh winters or freezing temperatures, it is recommended to remove the lights and solar panel and store them indoors to prevent damage.
  • Cable Inspection: Occasionally check the cables for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
