Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert two (2) new AAA ALKALINE batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Important: Use only AAA ALKALINE batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries, as they may not provide sufficient power or may damage the remote control.
2. Pairing the Remote Control with Your TV
This remote control requires pairing with your Samsung TV before use. Follow these steps to establish a connection:
- Ensure your Samsung TV is powered on.
- Point the remote control towards your TV.
- Press and hold the Return button (
) and the Play/Pause button () simultaneously for 3 seconds or more. - A pairing message should appear on your TV screen, indicating successful pairing.
If pairing is unsuccessful, ensure the batteries are fresh and correctly installed, then repeat the pairing process.
Operating the Remote
Basic Functions
The remote control provides standard functions for navigating your Samsung TV, including power on/off, volume control, channel selection, and menu navigation. Specific buttons for popular streaming services may also be present.
Voice Control
