5. Assembly Instructions
Follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Unpack Components: Lay out all parts and hardware. Refer to the parts list to ensure everything is present.
- Assemble Frame: Connect the side panels to the top and bottom panels using the provided screws and dowels. Ensure proper alignment.
- Attach Metal Legs: Secure the metal legs to the bottom of the cabinet frame using the designated screws.
- Install Flip Door Mechanisms: Attach the flip door mechanisms to the inside of the cabinet frame as per the diagram in your hardware bag.
- Insert Adjustable Shelves: Slide the adjustable shelves into the desired slots within each flip door mechanism. There are three gears for adjustment to accommodate different shoe heights.
- Attach Flip Doors: Carefully attach the rattan flip doors to the installed mechanisms. Ensure they open and close smoothly.
- Install Anti-Tip Device: Secure the anti-tip device to the back of the cabinet and to a wall stud using the provided hardware. This step is crucial for safety.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Storing Shoes
- Gently pull the top of each flip door outwards to open a compartment.
- Place shoes on the adjustable shelves. For optimal space utilization, place shoes with the toes facing inwards or alternate directions.
- To close, push the flip door back into the cabinet until it is flush with the frame.

6.2 Adjusting Shelves
- Each flip door contains an adjustable shelf with three height settings.
- To adjust, carefully remove the shelf from its current position.
- Reinsert the shelf into the desired slot to accommodate different shoe types (e.g., flat shoes, sneakers, boots).
- For taller items like boots, the middle shelf can be completely removed to create a larger storage area.

6.3 Top Surface Usage
The flat top surface of the cabinet can be used to display decorative items such as small potted plants, alarm clocks, books, or photo frames.
