Troubleshooting
Low Carbonation / No Fizz
- Check CO2 Cylinder: Ensure the CO2 cylinder is not empty and is properly installed.
- Cold Water: Make sure you are using very cold water. Cold water absorbs CO2 more effectively.
- Carbonation Cycles: Increase the number of carbonation presses (up to 3-4 times) for more fizz.
- Bottle Seal: Ensure the carbonating bottle is securely twisted into place to prevent gas leakage.
Water Overflow
- Fill Line: Do not fill the carbonating bottle above the maximum fill line.
- Cold Water: Always use cold water. Warm water can cause excessive foaming and overflow.
Difficulty Removing Bottle
- Pressure Release: Ensure all pressure has been released from the bottle before attempting to remove it. The automatic pressure relief valve should have completed its cycle.
